I finally hit 10k posts. I first joined in May 2001, seems so long ago. I was a Freshmen in High School sitting in a computer lab during study hall looking for new basketball shoes when I came across in the infamous black background. The craziest part is it took me so long to hit 10k in posts. Searching daily in high school to look at early samples and reading the latest reviews on basketball shoes. Always looking through the buy/sell for a deal.
I literally grew up on this site. When I joined I was worried about high school basketball, now I’m married with 3 kids. Crazy how quick life moves on. Sneakers have always been something I’ve been in to. I have met some great people on these forums. Many of which I speak to on a daily basis, some don’t post anymore and some are very active members.
Amazing to me how things have changed not only on NT but just in sneakers. Everything has gotten faster, more frequent releases to "technology" advancing.
Hard to believe that is has taken me nearly 13 years to hit this mark. Thanks to all who have been a part of my experience on NT, way too many to list.
Here's to the next 10k.
