The WWE Network Thread VOL. 9.99

I have work Sunday until 830.. You guys think I'll be able to watch WM for the beginning as soon as it's done? Or would I have to just watch a "live" encore

he's full off early twa ecw knowledge behind scene things and **** that people wouldn't believe. and just wrestling jn general. he doesn't talk to no one from back then like that really. but he prob knows I never really asked him
 
I got the Roku stick in the mail so I can watch WrestleMania on my TV instead of watching on my struggle laptop.

I wish I knew the stuff he knew. but the guys that started ecw weren't the guys who got famous off of it. my dad and tony stetson were doin hardcore barbed wire matches before there was an ecw back when they were still twa. I remember going to pool parties at Todd Gordon's house.
Shew I meant so many wrestlers when I was a kid it was crazy. I'm only 27 so I was young when he was really wrestling like that but I remember driving with my mom dad and brother to all the small independent shows back when ecw first started. they use to wrestle at this sports bar up on 8th and walnut in philly and at this night club called the Aztec club. it was outside and had a water fall and jimmy snuka hit the splash on a guy in the pool off the waterfall, I'll never forget that ever. then my dad got Todd in touch with the man that owned "ecw arena" which was a New Years clubs clubhouse back then and they started running the shows through the arena because the owner is my dad's godfather.
Shew when my dad was tagging with candido him and sunny used to be at my house before they were 'famous'. man sorry for the rambling and broken sentences but that was like a memory trip. I have so much funny stories that aren't anything crazy but they were deff some good memories.

I had posted in the wrestling forums that I was originally from Philly/burbs area but moved up here for work almost 15 years already. Remembered following the TWA thru Joel Goodhart's radio show on 610. Like John said, his dad and Tony Stetson were hardcore before ECW.

TWA had some good matchups, never got to go though. Eddie Gilbert vs. Jerry Lawler, Kerry Von Erich was brought in and he was supposed to be a surprise and wear a mask but he still wore his ring jacket that said Kerry,forgot who he wrestled. Probably too much money was asked by the wrestlers might've been Goodhart's downfall. There was going to be a battle of the Nature Boys, Buddy Landell vs Buddy Rogers, but Rogers had a fatal heart attack close to the day of the match.

I remember being in a limo wit Kerry Von Eric when I was a young kid. it was a great time. especially when I was such a fan at great time to be a fan... but yea kevin Sullivan used to be at my house a lot, women also. my dad just had a temper that was way to much to be professional and that was his downfall.
 
Watching, well, trying with this 360 stream, WWF classics, Philly Spectrum, and first match is the Rougeas (sp?) vs. Hart Foundation, a little after they became face. Ref was Earl Hebner, and the announcer was horrible. He goes, your announcer is Dave, but meant referee. No entrance music for both teams this match.

dont think any of us gonna be able to watch WM tomorrow. people reporting it was acting up on all platforms watchin the HOF

Everytime I watch the network on my ps3.

My ps3 freezes completely & begins to have vertical lines. None of the other apps do this. Only the wwe network app
 
I checked out the HoF tonight on my PS3 and it didn't look HD, first time using the network, tried watching on my cpu and it looked much clearer. Is this the case for all PS3? I only checked out the vid for 30 seconds so I wasn't sure if it just needed to buff or something and then it'll be much clearer in a minute or two? I experience that with Netflix sometimes.
 
Didn't stream too well on the 360. Maybe I'll airplay thru the iPad.

Anyone know why I don't have the were icon on my Apple tv?
 
I don't have an app on my lg google tv either...guess they didn't make it for tvs yet if they do.
 
I played HOF on my ps4 no problems at all. My laptop also played the HOF with no problems.
 
PS4 was kinda choppy last night during the Hall of Fame ceremony. Probably just gonna watch it on my laptop
