I bought the black Sophia Chang discs from puma but the back didn't have the believe the hype in gold just the generic puma disc logo disappointing to say the least

Puma should've had pictured what was shipping out. That's kind of a bad move on their part. Does your pair have the script writing on the midsole?

Saw that listing in my saved searches and thought something looked off too. The suede looks like it doesn't have enough nap to it, doesn't look soft and the color is too uniform. Top picture is from the listing, bottom is mine.

Yea, they're blatant fakes. The materials and shape are the dead giveaway. Also note the angle variation on the blue hit on the midsole. Man, they make fakes of everything now days. We gotta be careful on these post-retail purchases.

Also the alternate laces in the top hole are different. The real ones look like "VV" whereas the fake ones look like "vvvv". And I don't even know what those bagged third laces are, all the pairs I had only came with two pairs.
