Livestock has a size 10.5 left online. It was on sale for a few weeks for 112 Canadian price is now back to 140 but they do have it if u want them

I can't remember where I saw them here in the US but they do have some north of the border at Livestock (Deadstock.ca) in multiple sizes.

never seen them around, you might have to call up Puma's customer services to help you out with that. Either that or ebay, I seen a few pairs up there recently.

Depends, TTS for normal/narrow feet, but wide footers should go up .5

Not quite, but from what I recall it was a decent spread of sizes. Things dried up quick tho.
