Bought it like a month ago to give it a try since I like 2k games, it turns out pretty good game but one thing that's been frustrating me is Undertaker defeat the streak [emoji]128545[/emoji] . I find it impossible to beat this, I created a player overall 100 and still can't beat him, he counters everything and instantly gets a signature move and finisher in mins. I got up to the point where he kicks out and the screen turns black, after that he just demolishes me. Any tips on beating him ?

Sad part is I have to beat him a few times in order to unlock things.

I haven't played this game in months. Got bored with it just like the other ones.

Yeah they ratcheted the difficulty in the Beat the Streak mode to really give you a sense of accomplishment when you beat it.

I've had 2k14 for a while, but I've been hesitant to play the Beat the Streak.

Some advice I've read for beating the streak.

- Don't be afraid to use weapons on him as the match is no DQ

- Use some OMG spots (like kicking his head against the turnbuckle, and the apron DDT) to weaken them.

- If he has a finisher head outside the run so you drawn him out and maybe let him use his finisher outside.

- Late in match never attempt to pick him up when he's down because he will hit you with that Hell's Gate submission

- The best strategy though is to master timing reversals. Play other game modes to get the hang of the system.

I've been trying to beat him with the ring bell, it gets a littl easier , but I know there's 3 stages of kick outs, after the second one he just goes ham on you and counters literally everything.

It takes all this to beat him?? ****

What system you got? I honestly feel like wrestling is one of my favorite games to play but none of my boys play it. I'm about to cop and bust all ya *****. Word is bond!

I don't know if you played this mode but yeah this is accurate, it's like the game found a new hall of fame difficulty mode, something beyond hard level. He counters almost 95% of the moves, kicks out almost everything and reverses your special hits you with the tombstone and it's over before you even did damage to him. And you can't change the difficulty

I Kicked out of 5 tombstones and landed 2 running knees with dbry and still lost. I said eff it after that and haven't tried again

Takes lots of game play to get really good, now its pretty easy to beat the undertaker in beat the streak mode. Like toine2983 said, go outside of the ring, let him use his finishers outside, use the bell, use chairs, do not use any of your finishers until he uses at least 1 of his own. Get timing down to reverse his tombstone, etc. Equip your wrestler of choice with resilience, comeback & escape traits also.

purchased when 1st came out

really for my son i havent even played it yet

im sure the summer he will be begging me to play with him

Lesnar is a good choice to take him on with. After you beat him the first time it's pretty easy to do it again.
