Sleep early, Up early or Sleep Late

As the title says. How do you guys approach this. Ive been battling this cause i have some things i wanna get done and i want to utilize my time as effectivly as possible. Being stuck in a 9 to 5 and then getting home to basically start working again on your own personal stuff.
 
Get home. Take a nap for 1.5 hours. Wake up refreshed to do stuff. Can go to slep later, but wont need as much sleep since I already had a long nap, so I'm waking up early.
 
Depends on what I did throughout the day or what I need to do.

If I have a quiz or test the next day for school, I'll sleep late. Otherwise, I usually get like 7 hours of sleep.
 
Sleep early, up early. You have much better focus when you're awake as opposed to staying up late and getting sleepy.


I try to do this too. I always end up sleeping late waking up early + coffee. I try to squeeze in a timed nap (because you do not want to over do it).
I wish I didn't so much sleep
 
I'm usually up by 3:30 - 4a anyway...im usually sleep by 10:30 -11p 

...on weekends i just wake up whenever and its usually 6 or 7a...
 
I go to sleep late and wake up early.

It's a delicate balance that you have walk. Too much of either is bad. Every successful person I know has sacrificed the midnight oil in pursuit of dreams. I average about 6 hours of sleep during the week to stay up working on career things--portfolio projects, research, etc.

Aside from that, I've always enjoyed being up late. Something about being awake when everyone else is sleeping makes me lowkey excited, been that way since I was boy...

aside from the past 5 days or so today i've been getting up at 545 to go to the gym. it's nice having no one there and starting my day bright and early.

And I dont even wanna talk about how horrible my sleep life is, smh. I have sleep apnea so I wake up like 3x a night, never fully rested until the weekend comes.

i always wake up early, even if i dont want to. i just wake up around 7 no matter how late i stay up. 

it sucks cause sometimes ill get a second wind of energy late in the day, like after the gym or something, then ill be up for awhile do something, anything

Same here but I love not having to have that much sleep before your recharged.
 
I love waking up early....get everything done before 12pm and you get the rest of your day to relax.

weekdays too

start work at 5 am be done by 1 p or so...

have the rest of the day to do whatever...
 
Started waking up at 6:30 to get some exercise before hitting the office. Feels twice as alert throughout the day. :pimp:

If I get anything less than 6 hours, I'm a zombie for 10+ minutes and fight to stay awake. So I try to sleep around 12am.
