Sleep early, Up early or Sleep Late

I've mastered my biological clock. I can do either or mix both.

As of late I've been going to sleep around 4am-ish and waking up from 9am to 11am depending on what I have to do the next day and I can wake up earlier if I have to.
 
i work the night shift , i sleep a lil during and after i take my son to school. i sleep till i gotta pick him up ...

feel like a zombie all day :smh:
 
I used to sleep in all the time and recently I've been waking up earlier on a routine. It's much better waking up early.
 
I usually end up getting 8-10 hours a night..sometimes i sleep too much and wake up tired. I think being ASLEEP at 12 and waking up at 830-9 would be perfect for me


This past summer i was going to sleep at like 4-5 and waking up at 1 :x ..luckily im out of that funk..

I am up early regardless, but try to get around 7 hrs/sleep on avg.
 
Weekdays i sleep between midnight and 2am and wake up round 630 to 700 am...weekends i go to sleep whenever but usually up by noon....i cant fall asleep early else ill wake up at like 3 or 4 in the morning :smh:
 
I do both.

I usually get to work at 6:30am dont have to clock in until 8 though

Most likely going to bed at 2am tonight, so I'll get about 4hrs. I average between 4-6 hours. I know some people averaging 2-3 though, I aint eeemm trippin
 
doesn't matter what time I sleep, I have to get up early or I'll have an unproductive and drowsy day.
 
Sleep by 10:30pm...up by 5:30am. Gott have at least 7 hours of sleep for me to function properly at work.

No matter what usually up between 6:30-7am on weekends.
 
When I was younger I used to sleep late and be up early, no later than 9pm. Once I hit a certain age I just started getting up later. I think I need to start working out or something though, been sleeping at around 1-2am for the past 2 months. I'll get semi-tired then lay in bed for hours then I feel like **** all day when I get up.
 
Sleep late and wake up as late as possible. If I have to get up early, might throw an hour ish nap in later in the day. But I prefer to be up late.
 
On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I wake up at 3:35 AM central standard time and get to the Clear Channel radio studio at 5:00 AM.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I sleep in until noon.

I need those Tu & Th's.
 
Waking up early is miserable. I love sleeping in. I think there's something wrong with me because it almost hurts me to get up early, even with a good amount of rest. It kills me to get up and moving in the morning. I'd much rather stay up late.

Co sign on whoever mentioned a pill that eliminates the grogginess of morning. I would love to get up and run and work out, but it's too hard to get out of bed. I love sleep.
 
Sleep late/Up late unless M/W/F, then it's Sleep Early/Up Early.

Called sleep inertia fam.

I get phases where I can't even wake up early even if I went to sleep early. Had to start pushing all my classes back in the event it happens.

Sound grenade alarm clock and ill just lay there knocked out.
