how bout willie harris?! who'd a thunk it? willie has more homers than wily?! imo, harris should be starting in left. he injects a lot of life into thelineup. seems like every time he's in the lineup he does something positive.

solid and much needed win vs owings.

now lets steal one from either webb or haren, or heck, beat em both!

Webb has been hittable lately Braves rocked him he only did 4 innings gave up 10 hits 7 runs and took the L

Nats have a chance at beating Webb.

I saw the robbing HR catch that Ryan Langerhans did it was on baseball tonight he is a great defensive outfielder but cant really hit when he was in Atlantaand also Willie Harris was a great defensive leftfielder but couldn't hit he starts off good but put him in the lineup too long and he will slump forever.

willie put up solid stats for y'all last yr. i believe he should be our starting left fielder. i think he'd be a great bottom of the order guy. geta hit here and there, steal some bases, and play great defense. plus, he's a g.

as far as langerhans goes,

. he's a career minor leaguer.

Willie Harris got caught stealing way too much last year he runs well rounding the bases when someone gets a hit, but stealing is a different story he getscaught too much.

turned the game off in disgust after the third inning. the offense is so frustrating, i had to take a break.

now we're 10 games under and it usually goes downhill from there.

went 2-5 during zimmerman's week off and looked inept in all 5 losses. this team is worthless without zimmerman. apparently, he might not even be ready forthe cardinals series after another day off monday.

o well, the season is officially over. we can't survive without zimmerman.

maybe they'll surprise me and step it up in zimmerman's absence but i highly doubt it.

the nats have the 9th pick...i'm not familiar with any of the high school/college players in the draft so...
i'm still sulking about zimmermanbeing on the dl and potentially needing surgery

alright, i've accepted the fact that zimmerman is on the dl. it's time to stop sulking and move on and be optimistic that the rest of the team willstep it up in his absence and have a solid june!

this team is playing heartless and lifeless baseball. why? because zimmerman is the HEART of this team. the team is worthless without him. we can't surviveor be competitive without him. we're 2-5 soon to be 2-6, and we've looked inept in all 6 losses.

if zimmerman has season ending surgery, we might approach the mets infamous '62 record. that's the sorry situation this team is in.

what i'm trying to say is, zimmerman *IS* the washington nationals.

this is turning into a season to forget, and i had such high hopes for this team in the new stadium and everything

on second thought, i don't think we will be THAT bad.

it'll be a struggle to avoid losing 100 games if zimmerman has season ending surgery. which i think is a strong possibility and i almost recommend itbecause by time he's feeling better and ready to come back, the season will already be a lost cause.
