i work in a nightclub and need help finding shoes

I tried everything from brooks to vans, but either the outsole (bottom of the shoe) wears too fast, or they just lose comfort after several months of use.  what do you guys use or recommend?

looking for something comfortable to use for several hours of standing a night, and are durable all around. something water resistant or slip resistant would be awesome. thank you in advance!
