Close or not, when you're a hertiage station in the market, and the upstart has beaten you 5 out of the last 6 months, with Power gaining over 1/2 a share (.6 to be exact) in NY over them in the last 3 months, you're going to be under the microscope.

Everything I said is as it's printed and reported. That's all anyone has to go on. Those numbers are how advertising rates are set, and they damn well do cost people jobs.

So how is that BS?

I guess you're going to try to tell me you have an alternate system of tabulating radio audience that is more accurate?

So tell us then, what are the real numbers?

Flex does a ton. They don't have a problem because it helps build the brand.

In fact he got them to appear on TV to compete with Yee and Charlamagne

The 3 from power 105 do have better chemistry all around though.

It also feels like 105 books more artists for the morning show that leads to decent interviews. I barely hear any artists stop by hot 97 morning show. That's a big part of the problem.

This crap was wack... I didn't see the show, but I think Monday night they seemed like they were filming during Flex's run at 8pm and all of them were on the morning show, the afternoon crew with Angie, and Flex and I had to change it because this dude Flex is just straight up throwing shade and yapping off how they're the best and other stations can't mess with them and they'll always be the top station in all of NY.

:lol: I aint know his real name was Ebro though. I thought that was like a tag name related to how we say e-beef and efame and w/e else word before the letter e.

On another note funny to see how much Charlemagne is feeling himself nowadays. I still remember dude getting his chance on the Wendy Williams show when she was on her way out and less vicious.

It's all w/e though. I'd probably care more if I was actually still listening to NYC radio. I only comment cuz I saw part of their show on VH1 the other day and noticed Ebro
