The quality of the $250 version is insane. It's a knit fabric that almost feels like someone knit the thing by hand. It's awesome if you got the bread for it.

Saw a few in an outlet maybe a month ago. Might worth a stock check through Nike if you're interested.

Do you guys go one size up from what you would normally wear in nike basketball shorts? i'm tall and skinny and hate shorts that dont hit my knees

length is pretty much the same for most of the sizes I believe. I wear a M in basketball shorts and the L in TF was just about the same size in length as my bball shorts.

Inseam is the same across the board on TF shorts. How tall are you? Im 6'1 and wear them slightly below waist and they hit mid-knee

nah theres not much to do. thats how they are designed, I mean Ive seen people sag TF but to me sorta defeats the purpose

Yea im definitely not down with that. Ill just have to return them if i can't live with the length.
but @powerball said the length and fit was the same as nike basketball shorts, so if that's the case the length will be fine

for those who want to know, i finally put my tech pants in the dryer normal heat. mines had a little room i wanted to get rid of and it came out exactly how i wanted it. i would say it shrinks about 15% of the pants normal size. shrinking affects the length slightly more then width.

I cant speak on BBall shorts but inseam on TF shorts are 17" ( last I remember)
Yea worse case you return them but I think they would look weird if they were below the knee because of how slim they are
