I know it's been asked a million times so I apologize in advance, but I'm 5'9 200 (athletic build not fat 

) and I wear an XL in the pants thanks to my quads and hams, should I go for the same size in the shorts? or get a large? thanks 

I got the same size for pants and shorts,   on page one of this thread, they talk about sizing and it says the same thing.  

I would have sized down on the shorts for length, but the waist then would be too tight imo.
