That and peoples ankles vary in thickness. On a person with a skinny ankle they will look looser.

On my order I got an email saying they won't release my shoes until customs was paid. I told them to send them back and JD refunded me
Some people got their stuff and got a bill from Fedex but its a separate bill after the shoe ships.
Again some get through with no customs.
