Where to learn about Football on an academic level?

I'm looking for a website that will allow me to learn more about football play calling/defensive and offensive schemes etc - perhaps in a website catered towards aspiring coaches.

and particularly one that breaks down NFL football more so than college or HS. 
 
I think madden's playbook helps a lot as far as the offensive and defensive schemes.... but as far as I know watching a lot of game tape. You could get the game tape for the entire season pick out a position and just re watch their movements over and over again.
