Difference between a hicked-out white dude vs. black dude saying it.  Difference between the -er and the -gga.  You all know this.  And you all know the general rule.  Stop the foolishness.

I don't at all. Dude was defending himself and addressed a physical threat. 

What's disgusting and nauseating to me is when you see people get jumped. Like 12 guys jumping one guy. That's disgusting, excessive, and inhumane.

Crime-wise? At this point? Yeah, probably. Hipster Brooklyn has skewed the overall vibe/crime rate of the borough, so yeah I'd say the Bronx probably. But if worst, you mean lamest? Undoubtedly Staten Island. Goes without saying.
