JAMES BOND movie thread: RIP Sir Sean Connery - NO TIME TO DIE 10/08/21

I would sell my soul for some top from Monica Belluci.

You could offer to buy her lunch or dinner first. Seems like offering your soul would be the most valuable thing you could trade. Best believe if I gave up my soul I'd be visiting her 3 orifices multiple times a day.

Mr. White to return in Spectre.

"I am looking forward to working with Sam Mendes and Daniel Craig. It is a truly exciting script and a very capable team. So it'll be fun...".

- Jesper Christiansen (Mr. White)

How tall is Bautista? he is billed as 6'6", but does not look it in that cast photo...

Daniel Craig as bond is the biz. Seeing if they can top casino Royale which had it all. Chris Cornell killed that theme

Production is officially underway.

A cryptic message from Bond’s past sends him on a trail to uncover a sinister organisation, Spectre. While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth behind Spectre.

Has a female ever been a main Bond villain? With all the women he's pumped and dumped there's bound to be a few scorned, dangerous ones who want to take over the world. Would also be nice to see other 00 Agents like in Goldeneye.

In Russia with Love, the main villain was a female?

It can be argued that Elektra King in The World is Not Enough is the main villain of the film? The dude was more of a henchman/muscle really.

Looking up Russia with Love to be sure, I was right that a female was the main villain but interestingly enough, she is a defected member of SPECTRE. Hmmm...

I watched From Russia With Love years ago. Need to watch it again. Can't remember anything from that movie. Didn't he save a woman who played the violin / bass / cielo?

Totally forgot about about Elektra King. She was dangerous yambs. Sophie Marceau was gorgeous. Wish she was in more mainstream movies topless.

Hype is building for this movie.

I can't believe the studios wanted to off Craig and go with Elba instead. IMO Craig is a solid bond. I grew up with pierce brosnan and I think Craig is a much better bond. Hard to see anyone else in this role right now

Craig has to be right up there with Connery and Moore as my fav Bonds ever. I wouldn't mind seeing him stick around for another one after Spectre but I feel they should switch it up after,it's gonna be pushing up to almost a decade with Craig as Bond soon. Elba would definitely be someone I'd love to see be the next Bond

Daniel Craig is easily my favorite Bond since Sean Connery. Liked him in "Layer Cake" prior to the 007 role. Brosnan plays the womanizer well, but lacks the depth and darkness Craig possesses, IMO.

It's sad to say but i think going with Elba or another black actor as Bond will backfire on the franchise.  I think Elba is an amazing actor but there's a lot of those fans that don't want to see a Black James bond.  Kind of sad to say.
