i talked with champs , footaction , eastbay, footlocker and finishline , all of them confirmed they will sell them...
i live overseas
my only option is to get them online

You guys are talking like Eastbay, Footlocker, Champs, and Footaction are 4 separate stores with separate inventories.
They all share the same stock. One one is sold out, they're all sold out.
The only US retailers with online JB accounts are the Footlocker family, Finishline, NDC (obvi), Shoe Palace, and DSG (which probably won't get these).

i know their all have the same inventory
but there was some shoes that sell just on some of them and not all of them
that's why i believe it's will be easier then we thought before...

Shoe's look really great in person. I know for a fact the majority of the Expressions (New England) are getting these so stay on the look out for the raffles. It should start this weekend.

Edit:Just checked and avg price is like 360. Quite a few went @$400 plus.
$40 for an add to cart feature. This is a good shoe to have for trade bait, I will be going after a pair now.

The sept 6th release will look like the black grape 5's on release day last summer, as far as availability and range of retailers with pairs. Not limited, not GR, but not just a walk in the park to cop in any city anywhere. There will be options tho (aka you aren't stuck with NDC being the only spot online, or if you have a shady HoH like 99% of us, then they won't be your only option with crappy NDC).

having to waste time out of my day to earn the right to pay nearly 200 for kicks is outrageous and I can't wait until Jordan stops this ridiculous ploy to maintain interest in shoes that will ALWAYS be popular.
should have em at my doorstep in a few days.
