My 997/998 size is a 11.5 but that wasn't available so i went with a 12. Hope fully they are slightly tight like @Remy  said.

Yeah man I feel you. The 3 times a year i actually go to the mall it's like a (really) bad Jordan Brand commercial. I mean clones doesn't even describe it. And every time I get compliments on my kicks (Diadora, asics, NB,Saucony... etc). i'm not sure if they really like them or they aren't aware you're allowed to wear other brands.

When the Ellesse w/ the fur inside dropped, I damn near lost my mind.

Diadora grabbed my attention when my older cousin was rockin them w/ a Le Coq Sportif cap. That dude was always ahead of the shoe game. I remember him being the first cat I saw rocking the Jordan II's when they first released. He was trynna tell me to get em' but I was like" nah them joins ain't fresh cause they ain't gotta Nike sign." When I saw the Jordan III, it was a wrap!

In theory.  Widespread toe dents in myriad Italian made pairs speak to the contrary though.  I too have no problem forking out extra money for higher grade items, but the quality has to actually be there and with the Sols, flat-out, it wasn't as advertised for the steep price-point.

that review was kinda weak. he kept saying there were a lot of details, yet he didnt say what they were ie. the 1 and 2 which corresponds to the tape side, the track names for each side of the tape listed on the insole, etc. i still think they're pretty dope, but i'm passing. goodluck to all who want them

Random question...but does anyone who owns the saturday specials or the transit 2s notice that the diadora branding on the back of the heel is somewhat crooked? I have those two pairs displayed at the top of my collection and every time I look at them for certain angles...the diadora branding on the heel looks like it's angled and it drives me nuts haha. Wanted to know if anyone else noticed it.
