My local spot is on that list but they have not yet received them (as of 1pm yesterday). I doubt the 21st will be the actual drop date for every store

I would mark out social status I live 5 mins away from one of their stores and they always say there sold out when the shop had just opened for the day and the shoe is still in the glass case. LOL. Also didn't footpatrol email say in store only?
