1999 White Cement IV Midsole swap:

Hopefully you guys don't get tired of my Wc4 midsole swaps. I have more to come! For this pair, I've asked the client if I can make the midsole look more aged by adding an offwhite midsole.

amazing work, ive done some XI reglues, do u have any tips for getting the sides to look factory when gluing? you can pm me if u want to disclose that, if not i understand, GREAT WORK AGAIN!!!!

Hey , i recently got a pair of cg4s for REALLY cheap but the durabuck is chipping. Any help on how to restore this? Im thinking of  just taking all the durabuck off from the toebox and repainting it with a mix of cool grey paint and a little acetone.( someone who does restorations recomended this) Any ideas?

@johnandrew13  i have been a big fan of your work for a long time. Do you have any advice on how to make these fit? I bought them on ebay as a work in progress, but im having trouble getting the outsole to fit. It is too large in the toebox area.

BTW, they are not fakes, I painted the mesh and lace holders black. Thanks in advance.

No I havent restitched it, cuz if I did, the outsole would hang off of the back of the shoe, and not be flush. I'm just wondering if there is any way to stretch the leather.

Might be a dumb question but.. Is the midsole and the upper the same size?

Also are they from around the same time period?

Like if you have a size 10 upper from 06 with a 2013 midsole of the same size..the fit might be different

I think so, because I reglued it's pair and it fits fine. But I am not sure, cuz I bought it off of ebay and the seller didn't tell me if they were the same type.

beautiful as always. Its crazy when I see 94 compared to now. The heel tab was so low and the ankles were so high which would've made them great for ball.

Thanks I was looking for a metallic 5 but I can't justify paying 100+ just to destroy the shoe just for the midsole. I've found a couple of jordan 60 plus for like 25.00.
