I never got into real old stand up acts beyond Eddie Murphy because it just didn't interest me in the same way as modern acts. Lot of these new guys are funny as hell, word to Aziz.

Look into Richard Pryor, Bill Cosby, George Carlin, **** Gregory, Red Foxx, and George Wallace.

George carlin' work was life changing to me. Pryor is great. I've watched two of his hours and it was art. George wallace is a powerhouse. Cosby is another legend i'll look into. He's highly regarded by greats like seinfeld and chappelle.
