Don't know about you guys but...... Jordan 18/18.5 Appreciation Thread

I feel like you really have to have a distinct taste to like the 18s. I wish I never gave up my black/royal pair.

I would also love to see some 17s retro as well but like some have said it could be because I'm "young." Those were the jays I grew up with. The unc 17 lows are the first numbered jordan I can remember ever having.

Funny I think the XVIII is wack but if I saw somebody rocking a fresh pair of ogs in traffic I'd definitely give props
 
Blk/Royal 18s are one of my favorite pairs of all time along with the Laney 14s. Only bad thing is the squeeking like somebody else mentioned above. Still have my fresh pair of OGs.

Brah I disagree. The suede on the 18s is not the same as the ashy crap they use on retro. It was a nice deep black

Second people complain about JB using the wrong materials on retros. If a shoe was nubuck and they used dura, people would complain to.

You don't like the shoe find, but a lot of people do.

I hate the 19s, but I would let the fans of the shoe cook
 
^we're the same then. i don't look down on people with different tastes. i might use blunt language to emphasise my own opinion, but that's all it is. :smile:


i must admit, i was ALMOST swayed by the pantone lasers

the extra dimension contrasting the uppers a little but not a lot made these borderline wearable for me. maybe if they tried this with a less fruity colour, i might come on board for a single pair.

those never dropped, they are part of the original pantone collection, which was only for display.

These still look fresh today
 
18 is the only Jordan that I truly dislike.

Oddly enough, however, I did have the black/chrome 18 lows.
