Fake Or Take ?

Hello,

I recently purchased a pair of Air Trainer 1s in the white cool grey cmnt grey black color (looks like infrared to me). im guessing these shoes recenty retro-ed but im not entirely sure. I purchased them on ebay for a pretty decent price (knowing the retail is $120 and I payed $100). I received them just in time for my birthday (march 22nd) and after taking a closer look i am not too satisfied with the overall quality of the shoe's construction; to the point where i have doubts of the legitimacy of the pair. 

Would anyone be able to tell me if these are in fact legitimate or if they are fakes?

I do suspect that they were used then refurbished which i dont mind but i also suspect that they are fake. can anyone assure me that these are in fact legitimate?
