My black pair was done about a week and a half ago while Kobekobe Kobekobe mc pair was still "build in progress" and his pair ships before mine

completely agree. i see both sides, but nike has shown us, constantly, leaving money on the table isn't an issue at all. They don't just do that once or twice a year, they do it much more frequently.

Hope we're wrong though.
 
Well I tried to get some more information. Does not seem too promising!

Perhaps time for more people to sign the petition!

@tlamora11  I wouldn't be surpised if a different CSR gives you a different answer. 

Personally, I'm operating as if it's never returning. Moving on with my sneaker purchasing.
 
^^^Ehhh that Joyce chick is never really helpful. She always seems to just end sessions early and doesnt go out of her way as much as the other reps lol. It will come back, we just have to be patient.
 
Well I figured I would not get a straight forward answer. With so many people talking about its return I just wanted to see if I could get any sort of useful information for everyone. Personally I don't think it will but I sure would love to be wrong
 
I wanna make a galaxy print EM low but i wanted to wait a month or so since i spent too much these days, and after the MC fiasco i'm debating about buying them now. This means Nikes' strategy is not as stupid as it might seem...
 
I spoke with a rep and she said the MC option was taken town because of 2 reasons: 1. The glitch with the translucent/gitd sole; apparently the factor had a hard time bonding the MC option with either of the sole options. 2. They sold out of the material for the time being. She said once they figure out how to fix those problems there could be a chance it returns but there is no guarantee. Only time will tell...
 
have we not learned that asking a Nike rep is pointless? Waste of time. They have no clue. 90% of the people who either take your call, answer chats, or work in stores are paycheck collectors. They don't know, or care to know, what's going on. I went to NTSM yesterday, talked to 3 dudes who i see there all the time, and they didn't know there was a flyknit Kobe ID.

Don't worry about the galaxy print selling out.

The only reason NDC would take it down is if it didn't sell...

People would have an easier time trying to find Bigfoot or the Loch Ness monster than they would with trying to find out about the MC option from a Nike rep...

Everyone should just act as though the upper isn't coming back, but be prepared to act quickly just in case it does...

on a first name basis with these csr's...love it.

also, not sure if anyone knows this..but they can see your previous conversations, how often you contact them, and your past orders..so if you have been chatting with them 100 times in the past 42 days..they are probably not going to go very far out of their way to help you.
 
If you guys get tired of being disappointed by Nike reps, y'all can read NikeID's twitter responses to constant questions about the ID lol

yep.. "sneakerheads" are not the majority market in the footwear industry/nike sales. nike Id and non id shoes.
 
I could use some feedback.

I like the midsole on the bottom design and how it's like a continuation of the upper, but I've never been a fan of the heel counters on the EMs. Looks like wings to me when color matched to the outersole. The top design breaks it up, but I feel like it's too much white.

Thoughts?
 
anyone getting tried of checking nikeid first thing in the morning to see if the mc uppers are back? i know i am.

how about making the midsole purple to match the wing

or changing the wing and midsole to black
 
How do the flyknit lows and EMs compare in sizing? Getting ready to place another order of of both fk lows and EMs
