Also just got the almost finished - just started reverse emails. Talked to a rep earlier and they said my sneakers were actually finished and just waiting to be shipped. So basically I'm officially on #teamnotgoingtowasteanymoreofmytimetryingtofigureoutwhatshappeningwithmyorderuntilIgetatrackingnumber

Pretty much the same situation! Called NDC and they said black pair on the way but nothing doing on the MC's! Said they were behind due to the number of orders! Said crs has no knowledge of inventory but hasn't heard of any shortages in material and believes all MC's will be delivered at the end of the day! ??? Sounded good any way!

I'd laugh if something like that just didn't happen to me right now.
Pair started the "Build in Progress" last night, to just "In Progress" this morning...
Now I just got a "Finishing Touches" email a few minutes ago.

Just got my "Boston Celtics" Kobe IX's in...to say they came out fresh is an understatement.
The only flaw is the ID i created; only because I wasn't creative enough. The 34 is for the greatest Celtic of my generation. i went with "Boston Strong" for the long ID.
After I submitted the order I thought back to when Kobe showed the pic when he was doing rookie work outs for the C's and captioned the pic "What if..." Now I wish I did that with an 8. I got an 11 and they feel snug compared to the Elite Highs but oh well I don't want to rock the boat. #ConnectProblems. Hopefully they loosen up when I rock them

For those that have not received any updates pertaining to your order or your order has not begun the building process. The following may be the reason(s) as to why:
Reason A: Your shoes are actually being built/finished up, but the status updates have fallen very behind or delayed (I was told that some status updates won't even be sent via email, which seems to be the case noted in this thread).
Reason B: They are swamped and just simply haven't got to your order yet.
Reason C: i was told by a NiKEiD manager on Thursday that Nike is experiencing an IT related issue on their end which is preventing the factory (China) from receiving the build orders from Nike (Oregon).
I placed an order for two pairs 40 minutes after the drop on the 11th. I found out a few days later that there was an iD personalization issue with one of my pairs, which was preventing my second pair from being processed. A NIKEiD manager called me on Thursday and informed me that the iD personalization was not the issue holding up my second pair from being processed (see Reason C). My first pair is currently being built. The manager will update me on Monday with the status of my second pair. She also stated that they plan on getting all orders delivered by your expected delivery date or sooner. She also said that the likelihood of orders being cancelled due to "material shortages" were slim to none. Please don't quote me on any of this, but keep in mind that I did speak with a manager at "NIKEiD" headquarters and not some customer service rep via chat.

I'm not too concerned at all. They contacted me about both issues and not the other way around. Just thought I'd share. I also remembered that I didn't receive "Build" emails for a couple of my Kobe 8 iD's last year.

WELL I SEE MOST OF US ARE GETTING CONFLICTING EMAILS... LETS JUST ALL BE PATIENT, LET NIKE DO THEIR JOB AND WE ALL WILL BE POSTING PICS AROUND THE SAME TIME.... #TEAM9/12(HOPEFULLY BEFORE THAT)

The thing that is hard about letting Nike do their job is that we don't know how good of a control Nike has over their CMs. Even if Nike is good at managing their inventory, some shady stuff could happen at their CMs, like them using up materials on GM pairs (which is possible given the hype on the MC lows) and not being able to fulfill orders.

Same email at 3:44 PST... Never received the started email, nor has the order status page updated. Now I just wonder which of my 3 MC pairs the email is referring to... Hopefully all 3.
