I've been trying to for the past few days, but I always find myself getting "comfortable" and slouching. I even have my seat at the computer straight up (has contours) but I still manage to slide down in it and slouch.

This video game/internet life got the best of my back :x

Advice?

Man I try to be concious of my posture man. But just as I read this, I was slouching a little. Thanks for reminding me. Whenever I play XBOX, I slouch forward and have to remind myself to sit upright.

do you drive ?

If you do move your seat angle up straight

I just started doing this Monday and now I'm sitting and standing up straight more often

Been actively working on mines for about a year now. Needed to for my back aches.

It takes a lot to break the habit.

I'm definitely conscious of it, it's healthier and just looks better. I HATE seeing chicks with slouched posture.

no lie

i lack respect for men with weak posture

women with a bad posture is just unsexy as shhh also

I stand upright but with a computer and sitting in class I slouch a lot

Didn't even know my posture was bad until I started lifting weights & stopped slouching.

Then I realized that I had been walking around with bad posture for years :x

I always slouch.

In my computer chair right now in a crucial lean. Sitting straight up is hella uncomfortable to me.

this is what I did, results within a week if you're forced to drive a lot.

My ex used to tell me I slouched when I walked. Took awhile to correct it but when I finally did it I feel taller.

I try to be conscious of it. Working on it has made it better for me to lay down on my back in bed too. I think I have like a natural slouchy-ness which makes my neck poke kind of forward that I kind of hate but it's whatever.

Though this was gonna be one of those "and then I told her she slouched when I slapped her" type jokes

I gotta work on mine as well. Years of slouching to get comfortable in school has lead to a slouched posture.
