Big Head is a great character only because he offers no real value, but gets multiple W's. He basically is a tongue-in-cheek/parody reflection of the tech scene irl.

Damn, I went to go catch up on Season 3, but then I realized I hadn't finished season 2 for some reason
I was reading up on season 2 to catch up on Wikipedia and I was like "Wait.. I don't remember this at all" and realized I didn't see the last 2 episodes.
Love the new direction of the third season, I love the new CEO and how you can go from inspired and confident he's got the team's back, and then in the next episode he'll totally compromise their vision in order to make money... which is the exact reason he was there.
"That's my popcorn".. "You have 7 tubs of it, you can be the mayor of Popcorn-opolis"
The gold chain "Even Jared is busting my balls"
The Ocean's 11 plan. I'm pretty bummed I know the show well enough that despite any positives, I know a negative is right around the corner.
Now they're all slowly getting into making the box
I liked Jack, but felt like he went from friend to foe way too quickly. He was a great character though.

Yeah this episode was by far the best so far this season.

Luckily her doing that actually did make a huge difference. Really thought she was about to screw him again. Throughout all the season, she screws him then comes back with the best apologies. Also, she pretty so richard is blinded by that.
I was gone when Gavin brought the dog back to continue the roast.
There was no room for jin yang this episode, but i wonder what the scenery will look like with erlichs house.
Erlich can stay at the white house now, and just let jin yang run the original house.
