I know that my dude .. What I find interesting and is new to me that a homosexual male is more likely to get infected having anal sex than a woman getting ejaculated while having vaginal sex ... For some reason I believe both where equally not one more than the other ..... Learn something new ...
 
Everyday is a learning opportunity you just have to keep your mind open and willing to absorb the info which you obviously have.

It is a surprising notion that the risk is that significantly increased.

I was actually going to make a thread about HIV/ AIDS and homosexuality, and the correlation.

I'm no doctor, and I don't do a whole lot of research, but I noticed that so many gay men died of HIV back in the day

To sit there and say that there's no correlation between homosexuality and AIDS is like saying that the sky isn't blue. I would really like to know how the disease started

I believe the most popular theory is that the first humans were infected as a result of eating infected ape meat in Cameroon or Congo. Not the same exact strain (almost though), but I think the theory is it adapted to a human strain once introduced the the human body.

Here and there.  Kind of limited to Facebook messages at this point. 

It was both weird and amazing watching his transformation over the years.  Jake started out as somewhat of a P-Rod/PJ Ladd tech-wizard.  His skating is much different now, but I think it's an improvement.
 
I work at a HIV clinic and there is a drug cocktail of truvada complera and I think others that prevent the disease from multiplying or can even kill it completely if taken during a certain time frame.

Most of these patient I deal are gay and it's abysmal how little they care about thier health becuase of this cocktail of drugs. I'm young but apparently modern medicine can keep these people alive like if nothing happens but it's a constant worry of people knowing your condition, taking drugs everyday for the rest of your life and giving it to others. It's massive burden.

only way it would come to use is if a significant other has HIV/AIDS and you wanna have sex with em

dudes just wanna pop pills for fun and still catch other diseases :smh:

I don't know how true that is
The first man was a Black African, and during that time (or a while after that period), the only people eating apes were white cavemen

I do believe that the disease was man made though

I know HIV/AIDS got "big" in the 80s. Was it known about before this time? What happened that made it blow up in the 80s?

These are all questions that boggle my mind.
How often is it that a deadly disease just pops up out of the blue? How does this even happen?

LOLWUT? What does the first man being black have to do with this? Cavemen? Bro. I think the first signs of HIV date back to around 1930 or something like that. NY may have just taken another L.

I do believe there's a cure out there and that HIV/AIDS was man made if not it could of have been eliminated before it got so big. I think no cure had come to light because this epidemic is affecting Blacks in Africa more than any other race around the world. Those hoping the disease kill must of the Black African and minorities in the states before coming out with the cure. But hey that's me and that's impossible right? Yeap just like the government experimenting with syphilis back in the days.
 
I would say the chances that HIV is man made are almost zero. The virus is too complex. There have been many attempts at a cure but there is no cure. Just because people like Magic have no viral load doesnt mean they are cured. If they stop taking the meds the virus will run rampant. They have used Stem cell transplants but the people who they thought they cured the virus came back but also nowadays the current options for a possible cure are more likely to result in death than just living with the disease. Viruses are much more complex than bacteria and the way they infect the body and function which is why we cant cure viruses. We can however prevent their transmission with vaccines.

Its also like coming up for a cure to cancer. The number of different types of cancer is huge and they biology of how each of those malignancies act in the body is very complex. One treatment doesnt work across the board. While we are making many strides in specific cancer directed chemotherapy etc right now we use radiation and chemo which in killing the cancer also kills our normal cells.

I remember hearing they believed if it was a virgin. Don't know how true it is though.
