Maybe lori's son will join that group. They actually seem nice and a million times better than those gr mofos.

I suspect that people that went into the show not knowing that there was never going to be any big reveal of what the event was didn't enjoy the series because they were waiting for an answer that is never coming.

The only thing I knew going into the series was that they were not going to address the event, speciffically. And that it was a Lindeloff show.

I don't read spoilers and go into stuff blind, but I couldn't not see that one nugget of info. And it probably helped my enjoyment of the series.

I went in BLANK for True Detective, and it was glorious.

His significance is still a mystery like everything else. I was just speaking on not being able to peg who he was in real life.
thats actually what i meant sorry lol. Who is he?

i saw the pic that was posted of him assuming back in the day but idk who that is.

His name is Geoffrey Owens, he played Elvin Tibideaux on The Cosby Show. He was Sondra's Husband.

It may just be me, but I feel like they gave very good indicators of all the characters and their plotlines....meaning, it wasn't so vague that you couldn't follow it, not so obvious that everything shook out the way you thought it would.

That finale...I thought they were going to place all the stand-ins inside the church for a god corollary, maybe burn the church down. But placing them where they left was SO much better.

I thought that my HBO froze on the first one....then the one crossing the street was really good because you could see the leaves moving....

Finale pretty much was it for this cast i think. I mean honeslty what else could go on? GR look like they pulled their big to-do for mapleton

Havent read the book so idk but i wouldnt be mad at a new cast but then again i realy dont want to have to start ALL OVER again learning new peoples story

Need more Aimee and Nora in tshirts tho .. lets make it happen :D

Aimee's probably not even wearing underwear in that pic. Jill's thighs looking nice.

I been wating to go see that new Afleck movie Gone Girl

Just read that Nora is in it

I think the full cast returns. Enough dangling threads are there for fans of the show to want to come back for S2 or walk away with a sense of closure, if you weren't really too interested in the show.

BAAAAAAAA HAHAHAHA nice find!

I just need to feed Aimee a few cheeseburgers, she's a little skinny, but there is def potential there

would like to see in s2

I'd like to have them be together reeling from the disappearance of the girls & Mr. Woodchuck.

Drunk & depressed, they pass around Kimmy Gibbler between themselves to feel a bit of past normalcy.

It would win an Emmy.

People in the true detective thread said it'd be cool if the full house guys were the detectives for season 2.

I watched "The Leftovers", it was alright. Deserves a second season to see where it goes. But for the dudes in here, if you thought this show was good....

Please watch "The Returned" on Netflix. It's French but if you're one of those dudes who doesn't mind subtitles it's a must watch. It's creepier, more mysterious, better written, better directed, more erotic, and has you on the edge of your seat; also more deeper when it comes to the "supernatural" than "The Leftovers". It's critically acclaimed and I think Hollywood is coming out with their own version now. But the original French one is a must watch.
