Great episode aside from all the trolling.
First I thought Nora was going scissor a girl, then maybe she might blow up from that grenade, or maybe get into an orgy, or maybe get herself some BBC & and a Queen Of Spades tat from that author.
Oh well, at least we got to see Wayne Wonder giver that Green Mile.

We were on the same page with all of these

Just two questions. What the hell is creepy *** Wayne really doing? When we first see him I thought he was on some gay tip. The scene with Nora, looked like all he did was cater to the pain they were feeling and gave them an outlet to get it all out. I don't think she is vulnerable enough to sleep with him, but is huggingreally all this man does for these people?

I'm confused as to why the chief and Nora don't know each other, when clearly he is close with her brother. Despite the age difference between Nora and her brother, you can't tell me that after all the dinners they had together her she was never mentioned in a convo or their paths never crossed.

I legit have a new question after every other scene

But how? There was no indication of that, she may know of him as the current chief, and the son of the chief who went crazy. But he has no clue who she is in relation to the pastor. All he knows is she is the lady that last her entire family.

Also I just read this critique on the last episode and the guy said she was watching random kids playing when she was in her car. I'm sure I am not the only one who assumed she was watching the preschool teacher her husband cheated with. Maybe that explains why the teacher never approaced her to said hello, or even acknowledge her with a wave of the hand. I was left to assume guilt prevented her from doing that.

I believe they talked once while in the coffee shop, she knew who hr was then.

And I did take it as she was watching the children, its just that the teacher was aware of it, the children wouldn't take notice.

I'm beginning to think it's a bit of a secret that Nora and the former Preacher are siblings. It's quite possible the Chief only started to get to know these ppl after the event and the whole time he had the job he was interacting with a different group of ppl (many of who probably disappeared).

Back during his ep, the way they referred to Nora was very minimal anyway. Could be they didn't grow up together after their parents died in the fire.

I thought it was that and that she missed her kids so she watched the kids play thinking about her own as well but also found the teacher who was messing with her husband and just wanted to grill her a bit. No way the teacher even steps to her.

  • Nora was definitely watching the teacher... that was really obvious --- the camera always focused on the teacher and the teacher had that look of "ahh ****" on her face.... then after Nora went to NY and didn't show up to watch again, the chick was walking around all paranoid like she was about to catch a bullet
  • that ***** Wayne made me want to give him a hug... that scene may have been my favorite from the entire season so far (2nd favorite scene is when the GR mounted up to go to the parade and they were playing that James Blake song)
  • Nora is bae ...I like her character a lot
  • Wayne's hug seemed to work like a charm because Nora finally changed the damn paper towel roll and bought only a half gallon of milk ... as opposed to copping full gallons and new cereal boxes holding on to her kids routines ...and someone finally answered "No" to question 121 ... her whole demeanor changed after NY
  • the hotel kicking her out was stupid... you mean to tell me they didn't look at video tape, first off.... or the bar tender couldn't just look at her and realize that wasn't the chick that threw the bottle? little details like that piss me off about movies/shows

I've never had such a mediocre show hold my attention like this one. Jesus

I just can't stop watching
same here man.... every week I tell myself I ain't watching this **** no more because it's just all over the place
especially after reading that you never find out what really happened
but then Sunday comes around and I'm right back watching it again.... I feel like I'm getting cheated on but come back talking bout "but I love her tho"

the scenes in her house and at the grocery store were about her kids .... and the playground was about the teacher

she was throwing out full boxes of cereal, milk, and eggs  .. just to replace them with same ****

another thing they brought back up in this episode is how much bread Nora has.... she pulled out an extra $1k for the fetish chick like it wasn't nothing...  then when it was time to pay Wayne she didn't even blink at paying a grand for some random service

In the middle of the episode, I didn't expect her to meet Wayne Wonder, so I thought Nora was going to drop $120K on 3 exact dummies of her family & play an insane game of house.

I feel like I hear the Retrograde every ep.

I know the difference between that and the piano piece.

never heard any Retrograde other than that first episode and during the trailers

think your ears playing tricks on you...

This is just lost all over again.
I think I'll watch all this season and then be done with it.

jus finishing watching the new episode and I think it takes the cake for the second best behind the one with the preacher.....not gonna lie, I geeked out when I saw that the dude had a single laptop and desk in the room lol. paypal scam had me in tears lmaooooo.

But seeing Nora "healed" was satisfying, it sucks seeing likable characters being broken and hurt. Wanna see the chief and her rebound b, it's what's best for the both of them.

But breh, I really think for this tv show to work there has to be a definitive point where they say/allude to what the hell happened on that day and let the fallout begin. Whoever had that idea of Wayne being/working for the devil *insert bruh vine.

Starting from the beginning of the series I didn't want this to be the rapture, but I think that it quite possibly is with all of the small biblical allusions and shoutouts. only time will tell.

Really don't know how such a boring show is captivating me so much...I'm a thinker.

Just watched the episode. It made me love Nora even more. She's wild. The cop is a dummy and could've had some sweet, crazy Nora yambs in Miami. Now he'll have to settle for the more normal flavor.

She's reckless for going to that rapey looking apartment with that crazy dude. Then you see creepy looking wayne in that dirty bedroom. Hope he only hugged my bae, Nora. Probably made patrick johanesson s his d.

First I thought Nora was gonna let Patrick get it until she spazzed on him.

Then I thought she was gonna let Wayne Wifebeater get it but all they did was hug (on screen at least).

Wayne is creepy.

Wayne got pregnant Asian women all across the country.

He's like a Super Saiyan Nigerian scammer.

Still don't know what's going on with Kevin and his hallucinations.

Nora.

Ain't mad at Kevin at all.

Also does Aimee not have a home? Or parents for that matter?

She practically lives at the Garveys.

I'm wondering if all her family disappeared or she just been doing this since before the "rapture". Leaning towards the second option.
