I just realized how far back behind the technology curve I am now...

I need to be informed of what gadgets could potentially make my life much easier.

I don't even have my Xbox hooked up to WiFi. Straight hardwired. Shoot im still on the 360 . which I ain't buy a game since halo 4 and I didn't even beat half of it.

Don't have a WiFi printer either. I see people with wireless home theater systems.

I have a tablet I keep hooked up to WiFi.
I don't have Chromecast or any of those other internet TV joints ...

Im obsolete in life ....

So help me out fellas.

Post what you got.

Hard wired is the best way to do it, and will always be the best way to do it. You're good with that bruh.

Got a Nike fuelband, HDMI connected to HDTV and Comp Monitor from puter that I built so I can toss games over to the big screen and play with my 360 gamepad.

Put my family on to the wireless printer and set up a home surveillance system that can be accessed from our iPhones.. Bought from Lowes in case anyone wanted to know where I got it.

Lazy as f_ so got poverty clap on/off lights in my room from eBay so I don't have to get up when I'm comfy.

I watch like 15 minutes of TV a week, so I download everything I follow from TPB while I'm out the house and use Remote Desktop on my iphone to delete my torrents before the seed..

Aftermarket stereo in my car which I just use a 16gb USB to keep my music stored and playable whenever..

That's about it. I wouldn't say you're too far behind the curve dawg. I know plenty of old heads still on dial up needing help to get to Solitaire.

Chromecast. Can finally stream Netflix and the interwebz to my TV.

All I got is a nice smart phone. I know I'm way behind. I'm 24 but I'm not into gadgets and stuff. They make you soft... I don't do social networking either, never been on Twitter, instagram or any of the above. Deactivated Facebook years ago. I'm just focused on me and mine.... I haven't even watched a single bit of TV in 3 going on 4 years. Once I get comfortable and able to relax then I'll get hip to the new era. Not going to play catch up. Imma just catch in to whatever's relevant....

Hotspot for. Can I get more info on that? I'd love to have wifi so I don't use too much of my families data plan on podcasts and downloads.

go to clear.com they're run by sprint now.

I pay $55 per month for unlimited access. There's no data cap, or one that I can tell. I'm streaming or downloading ALL day.

I copped this 55 inch TV on black Friday, and haven't even installed it yet. I plan on wall mounting it. It had no special features... Just LED backlit and I said I'll hold on to my Xbox for special stuff like Netflix

I have a sound system... Onkyo with 7.1 surround and haven't hooked up 4 of the surround speakers.....

BTW I got it from Craigslist for 180. Receiver and all speakers and sub too....

But looking online I see wireless receivers and I'm like wow I'm behind....

I feel especially out of touch since computer technology is what I got my AAS in
