So there's another video of a rat on a train vol. NYC does it again

This is hilarious. Why are people standing on the seats and have their legs up in the air? I mean, don't they know rats don't bite?

The rat is probably more afraid of the people than they are of it.

BTW, that was a really long train ride in between stops. Looks like it's the A train going from 125th Harlem to 59th Columbus Circle.

Everytime I take subway--I always see some type of rodent. Not surprised by this anymore. It's hilarious to see the reaction of tourists though

NY takes another L

Even while afraid they still recording for WSHH

Becaus NYC is the only place on planet earth with rodents :rolleyes

Maybe the L is for the Rat actually being on the subway, as opposed to the train tracks where people are used to seeing them.

Now heres a true classic

I jumped out my seat, good god that is scary ****.

Surprised people were acting like that.  Seems like a lot of them were just caught in the spectacle of making it a spectacle.  These are people who have most likely seen hundreds if not thousands of rats in the subway during their lives.

According to NYPIRG Straphangers Campaign, there's a 1 in 10 chance of seeing a rat on any commute, and that's from any vantage point on the platform.  Way I see it, it actually seems more surprising that I wouldn't see a rat on the tracks than that I would.  Some of the times you'll see them on the platform and in rare cases, they'll actually make it to the train.  Nobody I've seen has ever reacted like this.

I lived in NYC for the first 25 years of my life, took subway consistently for 10 of those years. I have never seen a rat inside a train car ever. Definitely on the tracks, sporadiclly on the platform, but never ever inside a train car. Considering where they are that is a normal reaction. For all we know they felt trapped with this wild rodent running around. People thinking they overreacted might too accustom to mingling with rodents.

You joking right fam? Maybe if it was a mouse I could understand what you saying, but a sewer rat? Did you see how it climebed up that man leg? :x Still get shivers thinking about it.

That was the longest ride those people ever took in their lives, best believe. I bet thwy wish it was a local train

NY takes an L, not because there was a rat on the train, but because of the riders chicken **** reaction to the rat.

Grown *** men squealing and scared all because of a little rodent.

NYers always talking "we made Timbz hot"... well then...... put those boots to work and get to stomping.

I just think of a rat as a big *** squirrel with a bald tail. They both eat garbage and live in the city. Or a flightless pigeon. All of which will get stomped out if they come at me. But I wouldn't be screaming like these cats

Standing on top of seats screaming? Come on son

I saw some teenage dude at Jamaica one afternoon jump a clean two feet in the air because he saw a rat on the platform about 20 feet away from him

I can't front. I am good with rats but spiders still give me the creeps. I turn into a straight wuss when I see one. Hate em.

i don't think the businessman in the trenchcoat or the women screaming while standing on the seats "made timbz hot"

but seriously that was a very small rat. or a large ugly mouse. no need to get all riled up like that.

them folks making a fuss are probably all from the "new brooklyn"

slowpoke rodriguez was more afraid of the humans than vice versa. you know he wanted to get off at the next stop too and make that transfer
