To my knowledge at the point and time of the release they're was no way to know who was an established member and who wasn't.

FCFS basically was allowed.
 
an NT only NT fitted i would hate to see it get put on the site for mass purchase and other people cop without knowing.
although maybe the exposure is a good thing who knows.

at the end of the day welcome to NT looking forward to seeing the moves that come from this

As you'll come to see in the upcoming months majority of those stores won't be around. ( mom and pop wise ).

Some smaller shops are operating at a loss.

As for the likes of lids / new era we can't compete with them, those are multi million dollar companies.

Well try to provide as much as we can and offer unique products so it would be worth it for you as a consumer to spend those extra dollars.

I've ordered from ecapcity before and talked to one of the guys on the phone. Pretty good hat store to buy from. Guy on the phone told me they would honor a coupon code a couple days after it expired because I was having some difficulty with my credit card address.

Ecap....if you guys could get rid of that policy of having the shipping address match the credit card address you would be golden.

Eastbay had a rep that answered questions about releases on RD. After a while there were many individual complaints on shoe delivery dates, maximum quantities, box quality etc. Overall it was just people bugging the hell out of Ray for many different things. They replaced him with another rep from eastbay on here after a while

. I know people are still mad about the hats and the amount for the initial run. I just hope a second hat comes together in a decent run so enough of us can get a hat with no issue.
