i need to know if  these are legit or not the shoes is a little bit dirty and the seller sell it for a good price 120$

Hmm.. Tongues are looking off to me. Can you get a close up of the 'twenty twelve' that's imprinted on the side of the tongues inside the shoe?
 
What other pic of the shoes you need to tell if it's 100% fake or not And I'm gonna asked the seller to take more photos
 
A pic of the 'twenty twelve' imprinting on the side of the tongue inside the shoe is what we need like I mentioned earlier..
 
@Gcali  without a doubt, I know @from88til  would say these are authentic if he were to have these in his possession to legit check, but through pictures on the internet, Jordan 4's are one of the hardest to legit check. with that said, I'm going to say these are authentic.

Thanks @agsz. But these truly are one of the hardest to LC without good quality pics. Plus the fact that there are so many really close fakes out there. Unless you're comparing them side to side it's almost impossible to tell at times. Leaning towards legit on these because they have the foreign sticker on the inside of the shoes and no MSRP on the box tag. Sometimes these replica factories will mess up and use those stickers on the insole and still have the MSRP which is a give away on its own since that factor is contradicting when MSRP tags are only on US pairs but the US pairs don't use that same sticker insole. Plastic is nice and dark and 'twenty twelve' looks to be correct but I've seen fakes with the correct 'twenty twelve' imprinting on the side of the tongue too. So it really is tough LC these. Like @agsz said, if I had them in my hand I would be able to tell you a straight answer right away.
