LOL.  You seem real hurt and upset over this champ.  Look at it from the bright side, at least Nas had an opportunity to be highlighted in the General section for a few days, just be happy with that little bit of time to begin with, stop being greedy.

I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around how relevance = lyrical talent... How money = lyrical talent ex. Big L was never truly 'relevant' nor did he have much money but ill be damned if he couldn't spit.

And I'm on the 'Jay z Won' side of the argument. But I base it off of Super Ugly and Takeover, not 'Jay signed Nas'

The conversation/discussion these last few pages has been for the most part strictly between Jay and Nas, be it serious or not.  Either way, you mentioning that Forbes magazine pretty much sealed your fate and the rest of your Nas support group my man.   My advice to you, bow out gracefully from this thread while you still have just a little bit of pride and dignity left.  Otherwise, what little bit that's left is going to to offered up to the IRS for collection along with some of Nas's possessions.

Even though this post was full of nonsense I will say that budden destroyed that pump it up remix, the way he flipped the jordan line back on jay was amazing, most people don't know about budden skills, once you heard 3 sides to a story you see how dope he was.

Unfortunately he was signed to def jam when he decided to go at hov, and that probably ended up altering his career
