i dont understand whats going on i kept explosive leg workouts squatting 1.5 my body weight doing plyos calves alil bit of lunges here and there i do high intensity 3 to 4 sets usally i just dont understand why its decreasing instead of increasing on leg day i go to school (9th grade) i go to the gym get shots up go do legs after my legs feel jiggly then after a while ill go play pick up unless i have a game i work so hard on leg day and i dont understand whats wrong some times i can get the side of the rim off one step im a one foot jumper im 5 8 158 or 163 im not sure i know i have gained weight since ive been able to touch rim but should that matter much and like i said a couple weeks ago i was able to get the side of the rim and was the same weight as i am now ii never skip leg day either
