After going thru a couple netgears i bought the apple router for like two hundred and its been great i suggest u buy it too

I am in the market for a new router as well. The router the cable company provided is straight up trash. The majority of the time I have to turn off a few of my devices due to lag and device interference. At peak hours, I am running 5 laptops, 2 tablets, 2 cellphones and a ps4.

Just bought the ASUS .. So far so good. Handling stream, gaming and DL and no problem.

I'd take it back and get a Cisco router.

SRS.

not SRS

get a linksys wireless dual band N router for cheap and flash dd-wrt on it.  Make that a $200.00 router:

- VPN

- Hot Spot

- Over Clocking

- Full Remote access

- FAAST

I'm rated for 55mb down / 10mb up.....low and behold, a router with no latency!
