As far as overall talent, its the best it's been since mid 80's - early 90's. Star power not yet, they just have to put some faith in these guys & be consistent.

Who is the last guy that was intentionally pushed and actually got over? The WWE needs to learn that organic is the way to go. Imagine if for the summer they actually gave fan favorites a real push.

I wish they had more factions. I think of the Freebirds vs Von Erichs. The NOD vs DX. I am excited to see Evolution back just for the sake of having another faction besides the Wyatts and Shield. I wish they let Ziggler start his own heel faction. He is good enough on the mic to get himself and some other guys some good heat.

From what I've read the non music is temporary and to make him stand out. Sooner than later Cesaro will have a new theme.

-WWE has announced that Paige will defend the Divas Title against Tamina Snuka at Extreme Rules, however original plans called for AJ Lee to get her rematch for the title. Those plans were nixed when Lee asked for time off which she has been granted.

Summer Rae's Return Plans
-WWE Diva Summer Rae is currently off TV as she's filming The Marine 4 with The Miz, and plans call for her to return to TV as a singles heel when she is done filming. There are no plans to reunite her with Fandango, as she was "dumped" by him in favor of Layla.

-In addition to our earlier reports regarding Cesaro not having theme music and the reason behind that, The Wrestling Observer posted a huge update on current plans for "The King of Swing" in their latest newsletter. The rumors of a huge post-WrestleMania push for Cesaro still seem to be the case, and very much so.

WWE has been handing out "Cesaro Section" signs to their live audiences, and are hoping that the WWE Universe will begin rallying behind the new "Paul Heyman Guy" much like they did for Daniel Bryan. They are hoping they can manufacture that raw support for Cesaro that Daniel Bryan developed organically with the "Yes! Movement".

Furthermore, WWE doesn't really want to present Cesaro as a full-fledged heel, despite pairing him up with Paul Heyman. The plan is to keep him favorable with the crowd even though he's working with the heel manager that just had a hand in ending 'The Streak' at WrestleMania 30.

In somewhat of a confusing, conflicting part of the story, WWE might decide to put Cesaro against Brock Lesnar rather quickly. This would contradict another report that indicated Lesnar would challenge Daniel Bryan for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship upon his return. However, the idea is that the next guy to beat Lesnar would receive a huge babyface rub considering Lesnar just ended the longest, most infamous streak in sports entertainment.

There's still time and several directions WWE could decide to go in with Cesaro, but one thing that seems certains is the fact they want to push him hard going forward.

I was pretty surprised at the crowd reaction when he last appeared, cause he had been off tv for eons. Or maybe it was his catchy *** theme, idk

managers are a dying breed in today's wrestling. managers were always given to heels to draw heat. and we don't have heels
I'm today's wrestling.

Managers/valets would do wonders for this roster. There's so many talented yet charisma deficient guys it's crazy. Nothing would get Curtis Axel over though unless he threw Cena off a scaffold and pinned Lesnar 7 times in an ironman match.

They're going to ruin Cesaro and the value of the Streak all in one fell swoop

I'd rather Cesaro going over Lesnar happen at Wrestlemania instead of hot shotting it for Summerslam

The transitive property isn't going to work here. They should have just let Cesaro ended the streak for all of that.

Especially considering Lesnar has already jobbed since he's been back. So it's not like he is really conquering anything

And the WWE never let's things happen organically if there's two things you can 100% count in from them, it's great video packages, and not having things happen naturally. Just imagine if the WWE tried forcing Rock and Austin catchphrases right out of the box. There's a reason why blue chipper Rock and Ringmaster Austin didn't work. I do agree that Ryback was getting over on his own and building a fanbase. People were enjoying all the Feed Me More stuff, yet he wanted to be heel and then nobody cared. His bully role was great, and now he's stuck babysitting Curt Hennig's adopted son.

He's had that for a while now. Weird how it's not being released to the public. A good majority of fans of the released superstars are either kids or adults who don't work out. The Rock's is the only one I'd wear to the gym.

I love wrestling managers and it's a shame they don't really use them much anymore..

I agree Heenan was the man and is probably the best ever..But I gotta say that a close second is someone nobody has mentioned..And that man is JJ Dillon..Someone mentioned all the guys Bobby worked with, but JJ's list is just as impressive..Flair, Arn Anderson, Ole Anderson, Tully Blanchard, Lex Luger, Barry Windham, Butch Reed, Abdullah the Butcher, and a couple Von Erichs..And unlike Heenan, JJ was actually a really good wrestler who held a few titles..

Cesaro is the truth but I'm not crazy about him going after the IC belt. Maybe if it becomes more meaningful and gets defended more often with him carrying it. But right now I'd rather see someone else hold the thing.

I still think they should have waited a longer time before the Shields and Wyatts even acknowledged each other's existence. I mean they had 3 matches but I wouldn't say they really feuded. They rushed that program in my opinion.
