DC is coming soon, now, all i need is VA to come through.

These country folks round me love their pills though. Gotta curve this **** immediately.

Medical law has been passed here in VA for a long time, we just don't have any dispensaries.

And yes its been pillhead city here for a while. Huge spike in heroin use, they distribute out of my area now so people don't have to go to Richmond or DC to cop good. Its everywhere. Bunch of people I grew up with are pillheads or straight dopers now.

They're cracking down hard, there was a big bust last week. Front page had mad heads on it.

so how does medicinal legalization work in the places that have already implemented it? is it just go to the doc for whatever reason and then get the scrip?

are there mechanisms to curb "abuse" or is it available to anyone at a doc's discretion?

this is great thing for people who actually could benefit from it (like my pops) and id hate to see lawmakers backtrack...

I would like to know this also. For a friend :nerd:

Every state is different. Like in Cali it seems to be pretty easy to get a card. Tell a doctor you have Insomnia, chronic back pain, etc. Then you can go to a dispensary and buy what you want.

But many other states you need an actual problem. Like seizures, cancer, etc. I know that it is legal in Jersey but I have yet to see an actual dispensary.

I think more out of the 21 states are closer to the second option.

This is great news. Too many lives have been ruined by archaic drug laws, especially from bud. All my MD people be smart out here until October though because they still can try and trip you up. :smokin
