FX' Fargo Sunday 10PM ET : Season 4 Episode 8 "The Nadir" Starring Chris Rock 11/08/20

The ****?

Have I been missing out on some alien/devil theories about this show?

No. That would completely ruin the show and make it a laughing stock. There's no dumb stuff like that in the movie.

It's about to get heated though.

I knew it... I just knew it would end like that. Fargo is one of the only Cohen bros films that doesnt end on a downer and this stayed true to that. I also knew Gutless Gus was going to come out of left field with something and save the day.

I DID NOT expect Lester to go like that though... kinda anticlimactic.

I was glad that didn't do the cliche one of the main characters dies that's popular in modern television now.

:smh:

Real good finale but I kinda felt they wasted the 70-75 min they were given since it's more than usual. The ep felt like it dragged at points, padding for time, kinda decompressed. all scenes were good but I'm not sure all made the finale great like the scenes with Molly's dad waiting.

I'm happy they didn't copy the ending of the movie and have Lester hiding out in some motel and trying to fight off police. Didn't expect that kind of ending for him though. Dumb Lester. Son goes to Montana instead of Mexico. I mean at least keep going south by anyway you can. Instead he dips to Montana, thinks it's all gravy and starts having fun in the snow

Damn Gus, I thought you'd at least tell him the meaning of the shades of green before killing him. Son just unloaded on him. When Malvo took that breath after the first 3 :wow:  Almost thought he was about to raise up and attack. After Malvo set his leg I knew Gus was there but I figured he'd talk him down and try to do a deal cuz he got the tapes but Gus cut the middle man out. I thought he was kinda dumb early on telling Molly to stay put but taking that risk going to the cabin (which was the same one from the movie).

Key & Peele  Worthless. I knew they were dead when Malvo stopped their backup. I do wonder if he killed the car dealer he taped to the wheel. The balls on Malvo to drive the red car to the police station again the next morning  There's really no reason to fear those types of police.

Mad props to Lester with the bear trap  :pimp: I forgot all about that bear trap.

I liked the ending but definitely felt some of it was dragged.. they could of added more to the Lester/Malvo part. Lester's demise was definitely anti climatic, I guess the foreshadowing in the beginning was there but I figured it would of been on a bigger scale since he was such an integral part in all of this. Also would of liked a scene of Lester's brother, even though he was a d***. All in all, was a fantastic season and Billy Bob KILLED it as Lorne Malvo.

I wish they revealed what Molly's dad was talking about. When he said he kept lookout for something that came eventually.

This! I need to know!

Great series tho :pimp: I hope we get another season with a new storyline.

Imagine if Lester somehow survived and became Malvo 2.0  I mean they never confirmed his death entirety :nerd:

Love the 10 episode season. Haven't been this excited about a show and its finale since Breaking Bad

I think thats who this guy is. This is a pic from the website but I never saw this scene in the show.

i thought the finale was a winner and didn't feel like it dragged to me. the conversations were on point. odenkirk's step down speech was great. keep forgetting that he was manson on the ben stiller show. and the glove story was great too. bravo to all the actors involved (except key and peele  ). dude started talking about him dreaming and i was afraid of some dumbass plat twist. phew.

Sucks that it's over, now I have nothing to watch. Although, I must say that Tyrant show looks interesting.

Good finale...I agree though, it wasn't quite as explosive as it could've been. Of course, when you have an episode like last week's you tend to raise your expectations. That said, I still can't get over how great this series is. Hope this isn't the end.

I wish they revealed what Molly's dad was talking about. When he said he kept lookout for something that came eventually.

This....and how did Gus explain Malvo? Chalk it up to home cookin' I guess.

I don't think any of the police officers cared how he died  they were just glad he was dead.

Looking back I actually thought Gus was going to die. Especially when they showed the coyote/wolf cross his path. The Navajos believe that if a coyote crosses your path that you should turn around and go back or you will die

Now, THIS is how you do a finale. Bravo. :pimp:

Show was amazing, can't wait to watch all the episodes again.

KNEW mini Hanks was going to end up killing Malvo, he ran into him too many times and always seemed have his faith crossed with his.

Thought for sure Molly's dad was going get bodied, glad he made it.

Give BBT all the awards man.

Saul (never going to call him by his real name) was also amazing.

Lester deserves to get tortured and bodied by Malvo, wonder what happened with his brother.

Writers took A LOT from No Country For Old Men, like how Malvo suffered the leg injury just like Anton at the end.

Thought Key and Peele were great in their roles and I love the scene where they got murked.

Oh well now that makes sense. Yeah I didn't see that specific scene in the show but looking at the blood trail, Malvo most likely killed the car salesman and dragged his body behind the stack of logs along with Key & Peele

Malvos leg...BRUH

Had Lester had just never approached Malvo in Vegas this would have NEVER happened.
