Jay Z and Beyoncé Set to Tour Together This Year

Jay Z and Beyoncé are launching a stadium tour together after appearing as surprise guests at each other’s gigs recently.
Sources exclusively tell Page Six that hip hop’s royal couple plans to announce a 20-stadium US tour that will start in late June — and that it’s possible the couple could perform in New York on July 4.
The two recently wrapped individual tours that supported their latest albums: Jay closed out 52 dates for his “Magna Carta…Holy Grail” in January, while Bey wrapped her “Mrs. Carter Show” tour in March.
The couple has performed their hit single, “Drunk in Love,” together at a string of high-profile shows, including this year’s Grammy Awards, a DirecTV Super Bowl party and Beyoncé’s O2 Arena gig in London on Feb. 28.
On Sunday the hip-hop husband and wife each popped up onstage individually at the Coachella music festival. Beyoncé appeared with sister Solange Knowles to dance while Solange performed her hit “Losing You.” Jay took the stage with fellow New York rappers Nas and Diddy.

I'd love to see them in either of their hometowns. I'm here in Houston and I'd go to ny also.
 
I'm surprised they waited this long to do this. :lol:

The $$$ they going to make off of this will be staggering.

Hoping the NY show isn't just on July 4th. I'd like to buy the girl I'm dating tix, but rather not spend my 4th at a concert. And assuming it'll be at Yankee Stadium, how are the views from the upper-decks?
 
pass..I've seen Jay several times and although his concerts are definitely great, I think we all know he does the same list of hits each time around.

I did catch Jay and JT at M&T bank, and I thought his solo tours were better.

This is what scares me. This might be the only time where I become overly concenred about a set list. I'm not paying to see Beyonce featuring Jay Z, I would much prefer it if her role in this thing was extremely limited, or a 30-70 split in Hovs favour at the most.

It's still amazing that people want to see Jay Z shows. I went to three and I couldn't tell either apart. I'm assuming this will be mostly MCHG, all his duets with Beyonce, his biggest singles and then Beyonce's singles.

Took my lady to see Beyonce and it was awful. More clothing changes than songs. Complete waste of my money.
