So I ordered the 88 cement 3s from this guy about 3 months ago, i received them about a week later. Took them out and right away knew they were not legit. Compared them right next to my ds pair from Nike.com and they were so off....Color, Shape of shoe, elephant print, even the cement print paper.
So i email him asking for a refund stating i believe these are not real. He says send them back, so i ship them thru ups with confimation and whatnot. They get delivered back to him within a week. I wait two weeks, no refund.
I email him about 2-3 times before I get a response asking a dumb question like "What is your name on order" or "what shoes did u return" when i specifically wrote all the info in the email, not to mention it was in a chain of emails.
Then he says "i will process the return", a week goes by, nothing....
Another series of 2-3 emails and i get a response of "processing return now"...2 weeks later get my bill and no refund.
Email him about 4-5 times again and i get a response saying " i can't find your transaction"
Send him a couple more emails and nothing. It has been 2 weeks since i last had contact with him.
I have all these emails and even the tracking receipt showing i sent item back to him as well as his postage from package when he sent it to me.
What do u guys suggest I do, I am going to contact my credit card company and try to get the money back.
and for the record, i never once used any kind of language or any threats until my last email in which i stated that i will talk to my cc company and let people know what kind of business he is running.
