How the hell is the NBA a bad product?

Because a lot of teams in the NBA are terrible and remain so. They never emerge to become title contenders, at best simply also-rans.

You just described 40% of the NFL

44% percent before February.

Yet teams in the NFL get better and become contenders by getting in the playoffs. Favorites get knocked off all the time early in the playoffs and underdogs have a chance. How often is that true of the NBA?

See my avy, see Memphis in 2011, and the team in my avy 2007.

Read what I wrote again. How OFTEN does that happen? I knew you were going to point out what the Mavs did. That was an exception to the rule.

Great, three instances. You could point out the 2004 Finals too if you want too, but my point is that bad teams remain bad in the NBA and hardly ever amount to anything important.

If NT was around mid 90's would be anti Bulls like its anti Heat here?

 Doubt it

Do you actually live in Cleveland? Some guy at a bar in Manhattan was a Cleveland native and said that city could care less if they had an NBA team....that true?

That's 3 off the top of my head.

its not true in the nba because they play a series... anyone can steal one game...

Too many black alphas in one place. It makes the white man uncomfortable.

Lately I been noticing how white women in the stands look at the players. Their mouths be watering for the D.
lol

Same teams win it all....I do wish the season was shortened to 60-65 games

I don't have a problem with how long the regular season is, but I don't want to see 16 teams make the playoffs and a 7 game first round.

1. The regular season needs to be cut down to 60 games (so does baseball). 82 is ridiculous.

2. Way to much mediocre talent throughout the league. Teams like the Bucks, 76ers, and Pistons need to be sent down to the D-league.

3. Start playing more local games on TV. The Suns are never on my TV, but somehow i always see the ******* Jazz :smh:

So lemme get this straight.

The Detroit Pistons have won more in the last 10 years than every team in your sig combined but they should be sent to the d-league because they have had a rough 6 or 7 years?

Get the hell outta here man.

Soooo this makes it a bad product?

What leagues are an example of a good product?

MLB, who has 162 regular season games and umpires with inconsistent strike zones?

The NFL who had a ref publicly apologize for blowing a Super Bowl & refs who routinely throw flags for questionable PI/holding/late hit infractions which extend drives & lead to FGs/TDs?

Bad teams who stay bad? What have the Raiders been doing since 2003? The Browns have THREE winning seasons since 1990. 3 winning seasons in nearly 25 years. The BIlls have 1 winning season in the last 10 years. The Lions have TWO winning seasons since 2000.
