Best thing would to be to go in a store and try on sizes to see what fits best. While all shoes fit a little differently depending the model, trying on some will give you a general idea of what you can fit

The grade school (girls) and the grade school (boys) are same ? I can choose the GS boys 3.5 ,too ?
