Fake. The Nike Air on the tongue is too tall. The leather is not on point. The size tag looks terrible. 

However, the 11/28/12 date is not alway an indication of fakes. My 100% legit pair has that date. Many of the pairs purchased at Sheik have that date and are 100% authentic.
