south coast plaza. They didn't do a raffle I called. No worries. As a wedding photographer I get bored seeing the same shoes all the time at weddings. Dress shoes are nice and all but I think these fours would represent me more. Somewhere in the middle.
I have a decent number of wedding appropriate wear but I would not wear these as a photographer at a wedding because they would crease to no end from all the running around trying to get the perfect moments. Also it is important to draw as little attention to yourself as possible and I wouldn't want to be turning heads or breaking necks from either desire or disgust.

As somebody who goes to an average of 35 high end weddings per year I have seen everything. Recently had a much older and very mature couple getting married at a beach and everyone, groom included wore sandals. Maturity is not conforming to style but being able to present and carry your style as a grown man. To each his own of course I am not down with bowties and would personally not rock one to a wedding ever but I would not disrespect another person's choice to do so. I understand there are certain general ideas people think of for formal events and if it was another person's wedding and they asked me to respect their dress code and wear a bowtie or not sneakers I would gladly respect that but since it is going to be our wedding like many have said I we Will do what we want.
 
Man I am torn on these not a easy cop cause they are limited relate around me only stores are in Boston no one in nh or other mass stores are getting apparently. 250 scares me also. I look at them and say I lIke then see them and say pass. I dunno. Well see.
 
I'm tempted to just start calling these the Darth Vader IV's. There's no horrible nickname that's stuck for these yet, correct? :smh:

Edward: Alright, we originally had several different styles set for launch this weekend including the Jordan 7 Retro shoes, however they are now being postponed by a couple of weeks. Edward: The reason for the delay is that we are conducting a routine inventory check at our distribution centers that will be delaying all shipments over the weekend, so we have pushed the scheduled launches back in order to assist in maintaining a speedy order processing timeframe of all orders placed while that is going on.
 
Just got a call back for a raffle size 11.5

Will decide on Saturday morning if I am picking these up or not. That $250 price tag is killer.
 
seeing how i have the SOM stealths and knowing this is a creaser for sure, im up the fence. These shoes come summer are NOT going to be comfy. lol. I might sleep til the 5 hornet drop or the bred lows. lol.
 
I should have known something was up when some of the shoe stores said they werent getting their shipments...... im still saying long beach dock strike, its getting real
 
welp looks fcfs and a 2 hr drive for me or passing completely. too many expenses in may to even consider, the fight, mothers day, memorial day, a million weddings and graduations to attend, and the retro 1s. 
 
Money saved this week!! Now for sure I can drop a G for this the 7 and air max in a few weeks i was iffy but thanks to the postpone ill be even more ready to buy them all

same here when nike twitter wasn't going as hard as usual when promoting sneakers. Money saved as well.
