This was yesterday when I picked up my 4s. I seen the C&C 7s on the shelf.

I swear it appears at times that JB and Nike create concepts that appeal to the "urban hood" and "gangs." Black 11lab4 (Gangsta Disciples), Red 11lab4 (Bloods), Blue (Crips). And I am sure that some will say that many shoes have these colors, but how many are 99% solid one color? Something about these particular shoes.....

Young Thug is designing for them. Lil wodie bout that action, blooded.

My understanding is those doing the new lottery have to return unclaimed stock....but NTNY hasn't done the new system to date so technically they could sell unclaimed pairs...with SBBs there was a half a dozen 'unclaimed' pairs but they had screwed up on a handful of raffle drawings so they had first dibs with the 'unclaimed' pairs and I was told if there were any pairs still left NTNY would go back to the initial raffle pool and those folks would get a chance for the unclaimed.

I often wonder the same thing ... But since I have an interview Monday at NTNY I am hopeful I'll get a gig and might get an understanding of how and why 1 drops are done so poorly.

Sat out the black and red releases, but if the Blue pair is coming out I might have to change my tune.

Yea..I might be right there for a blue pair..the Red weren't bad..just had other stuff I was looking at.

It does seem at times that Nike has a team of gangbangers designing for them (lol).....but the black patent leather was a no brainier, and don't understand the tonal red while both the black and the blue have accents of white (or does the red also have the white around the air).

Understand. I am coming from where I am from. No normal joe looks at the colors of shoes, but in that "world" I know some that live and die by their colors. Thanks for being truthful as well. I ask some would they consider wearing other colors because some colors look good and they say HELL NO

I secured a pair with eastbay.com this morning can't wait for these joints.

Eastbay emailed me back saying my shoes are backordered. My fingers are crossed I hope I get my pair. Anybody got a message from them like that and received your shoes?

Yeah-don't worry about it.  I've got this email several times.  Never had a cancellation due to backorder status. When they get their shipment your status will change to "1 Unit Ready to ship"

I actually like the black ones now. Still not down with 250 though, and definitely now down with anything higher. These are nice. I'm just not into all red shoes anymore.

Same here with me. Just got that same email. I was concerned too about back order emails until I saw this last reply.

Best thing about this shoe, NO GS SIZES!
That means there's a 99.9% chance there will not be a female or little kid with these on, and at the same place I am when I decide to break mine out.
