Can someone please help me ID 90s Nike shoes?

I don't have a picture of them, but the colorway was a dark green, black, and white...but the entire toebox in the front was in the shape of a skull. I am pretty sure there was a strap over the laces as well. It was an interesting looking shoe back in the 90s but I can't find it for the life of me.
