Deadbeat Mother or Father

Have deadbeat mom.

Would have to give it to deadbeat dad, my dad is cool though.

I would say father. Today there's certain men (if you can call them that) who you can tell had no father, just based off how they act.

I undeestand **** dont work out but take care of your kids man ****

This dude would always say get dressed ill come pick you up and we can do this or that. But he wouldnt come. As a kid that happened a lot but after a while i stopped caring. But he would always hit me up here and there and say lets hang out then never come

******* embarrassing as hell. Few years ago he says tomorrow let's go dirtbiking. Bring your friends. We all woke up early and **** but he never came. Course i called but no answer. Then he calls me next day like nothing happen

Idk whats so hard about calling? This ***** *** ***** wanna get mad when i tell him to leave me alone cause he is obviously not interested. He talking about how he didnt know what he did wrong

Flip side - got a friend who has a dead beat mom. Thats just as sad if not sadder. She gives birth to you yet doesnt want you? All those 9 months yet she feels cold towards you is too much

I gotta deadbeat father since 86

Wish I had a father growing up

I feel ur struggle, brother. The thing is, I've always lived in LA while he lived in SF. So it was easy to not care.
 
my mother was such a deadbeat she didnt allow my father in my life. Told me some other dude was my father. Some dude that hated me. Didnt even get a chance to know my own family. Women are stupid *****

Selfish ***** only cares about herself. ****** my whole life. I feel like I coulda been somebody if I knew my family.

Man... My boy is 17, I'm cool with his dad too. We all work together. So he is late for work one day running to the car slips on ice and jacks his neck all up. 2 hours later we're working. He's a dishwasher and me and his dad cook. Anyway dude is on the verge of tears his neck hurts so bad. It's a Sunday so he needed to go to urgent care... Me and his dad are super busy. Since he's a minor he needed to get signed into the hospital by a guardian. His ****** mom wouldn't meet him at the hospital because she was "busy". One of the most disgusting things I've seen a parent do. So of course I told his dad left work to do it. But naturally you'd figure the mom with no job could make time for her injured son right? His dad would have taken him from the jump if we weren't in the middle of 300 reservations.

You don't need to know your family to be somebody, bro, its just a little tougher for you.

My Dad split on me when I was young, and I'll be honest that **** sucked back then, but I wouldn't be where I am today w/ him in my life.

I'm actually thankful that piece of **** split because it gave me a chance to figure out things on my own and become my own person, even tho it was tough.

I still had my Mom, but IMO men need to be raised by men.

I remember after he split I started listening to music HEAVY and that's when my grades dipped and I started playing video games nonstop.

Hip Hop basically fathered me, :lol: and I currently play a game I love for a living, so **** him.

You'll be OK, bro, I have faith in you.

I know him now but its just not the same. It hurts even more because his family is a close knit cirlce of men and my mothers side of the family are all narcissistic women. the absolute worst environment for a young man.

This thread giving me so many feels right now. I say my dad left when I was like 6 was in and out my life. Lied about taking me fishing and ish. I honestly hate this dude. I honestly wouldnt even cry at his funeral if I even go. I wish he would of just left and never came around again. My sister still talk to him but I cant. I cant get over the pain. I got so much more to type but im getting feels....smh.

My boy recently cheated on his girl of 10 years and got a chick pregnant. Fast forward chick has baby and he wants absolutely nothing to do with said child. All because the mom wrote a email that said something along the lines of "My and your bastard child will leave your family alone, don't even worry about it". :rolleyes

Am I wrong for looking at him some type of way for not wanting to be in his kid's life?

Yea, not wanting to be in your childs life should be a strike against his freedom.
 
havin a deadbeat father is way worse imo. Like others have saidf for lil girls that have a dad around it can mean so much more. And as for lil boys they need a man to teach em how to be a man. if there were more real fathers i know for a fact the world would be a better place. There would be less promiscuity and also less violence. Id bet my last $ on that.

But it should also be noted
should a man be held responsible
if he flat out tells a female "NO I DONT WANT TO HAVE A KID"
and she ends up having the kid anyway
either out of spite, to keep him, or to have someone to love
which some women do have a kid because they want to love and have someone love them back
yes i know all the "well if u laying up without a condom" and all that
but what about women who KNOWINGLY bring a child into this world knowing that the father isnt ready or doesnt want a kid
and makes him out to be the bad guy??????
im not talking about these man garden tools walking around with 8 kids
but just the average joe dude
i think that scenerio needs to be addressed as well

I think your boy is lame as hell for not wanting to see his kid. Very selfish.

Not even about to lie about this. I got a girl pregnant in highschool. Of course I wanted her to have an abortion. She almost did but couldn't go through with it. Having a kid changed my life of course but I love my daughter and wouldn't do what my dad did to me. I'm not with her mom or anything but I have her multiple days a week.
