not in my book. i could understand his fans saying yes but he makes a lot of music i almost cant stand. cool that he makes music thats outside the box but a lot of it just doesnt sound good to me.

No kanye album is a top 10 hip hop album of all time and I'm a big Ye fan
Some of you have disregarded decades of art and compare Ye to the **** that's came out since he's been around and put him on this crazy pedestal. He has an amazing ear for sound and that's it. He doesn't write most his **** and has had multiple "co-producers" on a lot of his work since he started rapping.
I've enjoyed literally all his albums but 808s but I'm not going to say he's this groundbreaking, all time musician when there's artists like Prince and the like around.
I'd bring the RZA into this discussion but I already know it'll just be a "flame RZA's flow" session. Check the credentials though.

Im no hardcore Ye fan, but an argument could be made that one of his albums can enter the top 10.
Probably CD, LR, or MBDTF.
I should clarify a b it on MBDTF. The argument could be made, but it will not be as strong as the other two albums due to the impact the others had in the mainstream etc...
The biggest one is probably CD seeing how it was a breath of fresh air when it came out and it was consistent as well...

I remember a time saying kanye was my favorite rapper and people were like "man he's gay" now everyone ties flannels around their waist and wears leather tank tops and I can't even take kanye that serious anymore.
